What you'll be doing
As Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Intelligence, you will be responsible for providing highly specialized research expertise and business consulting on marketplace dynamics, customer needs, attitudes and behaviours, and performance management metrics for strategy development and business programs to senior management across multiple business units within CIBC, with a focus on both product and consumer segments. You will be recommending research initiatives and participating in the stewardship of an integrated market research program for CIBC. In this capacity, you will act as a key Research contact and go-to resource for assigned business partners, both on time sensitive requests, as well as day to day business.
At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
