What you'll be doing
The Research Chapter brings together experts who help shape better client and employee experiences across CIBC through insight-driven decisions. As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you'll lead and execute generative and evaluative research that helps teams better understand user needs, validate ideas, and improve digital experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. You'll partner closely with Designers, Product Owners, Strategists, and other stakeholders to build research roadmaps, recommend the right methodologies, and deliver meaningful insights that influence product, experience, and business decisions. Using strong analytical thinking and storytelling skills, you'll transform complex findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations. You'll also contribute to the growth of our research practice by advancing methods, supporting research operations, sharing expertise, and mentoring less experienced researchers.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
