What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Mobile Insurance Specialist team, you’ll help create a meaningful experience for new and existing employees by building their confidence and capability in protected credit planning conversations with clients. As a Mobile Insurance Specialist, you’ll facilitate skill-building sessions that help lending professionals apply their learning in both onboarding and ongoing development. You’ll create and deliver 120-day plans aligned to national, regional, and market priorities to support employee success and business goals. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Mobile Insurance Specialist support model and build strong relationships with Mortgage Advisors, Mortgage Solutions Advisors, Area Sales Managers, Team Leaders, product partners, and broader Lending and Insurance team members. Through your guidance and partnership, you’ll help strengthen employee capability and support a strong client experience.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.
