Your role
Radio-Canada Vancouver is building a list of potential replacements for the position of French Switcher-Director of our French TV newscasts for British Columbia (controlled locally) and Manitoba (controlled remotely).
The chosen candidates will be responsible for directing on-air talent and crew during rehearsal, preparation and presentation of a program or program segment, and perform the related switching and mixing functions. The work is governed by CBC journalistic and/or programming policies, standards and practices, but there is latitude for creativity, initiative and judgment.
