Your role
As a Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition in Montreal, you will play a key role in supporting the organization’s various business areas.
In this position, you will develop and implementeffective talent attraction strategies to source, engage and hire a qualified, diverse workforce. You will strive to ensure an outstanding candidate and manager experience that reflects our corporate values at every touchpoint. As a primary brand ambassador for CBC/Radio-Canada, you will represent our identity to both internal and external talent markets.
This is a strategic, advisory role where you will partner closely with hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment cycle. By building trust and long-term relationships with your clients, you will gain a deep understanding of the unique needs and nuances of the multiple departments and specialized roles across the organization.
As a lead partner to management, you will collaborate with and provide direction to Talent Acquisition co-ordinators, overseeing recruitment workflows and ensuring that all needs previously discussed with hiring managers are met.
This is a hybrid position with a mix of remote and in-office work requiring two days (flexible) per week in the office. Work arrangements will be discussed with the hiring manager per departmental guidelines.
Two temporary one year full-time positions are currently available, based in Montreal.
