What are your contributions to the team?

  • Work on a night shift that will start early afternoon in support of tooling fabrication.
  • Design, modify and update tooling drawings based on method requirements.
  • Participate in jig testing in collaboration with other departments.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, suppliers and customers.
  • Analyze and solve technical problems related to the design and manufacture of tooling.

How to thrive in this role?

  • College or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design profile, or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in design and/or industrial manufacturing.
  • Expertise in CATIA V5 or Siemens NX using a PLM system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional, quality-oriented and innovative mindset.
  • Bilingual (French and English) - an asset.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations - an asset.
  • Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing methods (e.g., aerospace assembly, composites, machining, 3D printing, aircraft detail tooling
