Job Overview We are looking for a Technical Learning Advisor with a mechanical technician profile. By joining the Organizational Learning team, you will act as an advisor and trainer on the initial training needs of our new employees. You will work closely with strategic partners to propose learning solutions in order to contribute to achieving the objectives of the manufacturing plan.What are your contributions to the team?

• Integrate and develop hands-on activities within our training programs
• Set up the learning environments required for training
• Deliver training sessions and support our new employees
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide the technical expertise required to implement new solutions and learning pathways
• Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners; identify and capture continuous improvement opportunities
• Promote continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Preflight Mechanic Technician
• You have experience in learning, adult education, project management, or coaching
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
• You are able to manage projects effectively
• You have the ability to influence others
• You are a strong team player
• You demonstrate adaptability and a good tolerance for change
• You have strong organizational and planning skills
• You are proficient with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)
• You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
