Team Description

As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA project. You will contribute to the preparation of training environments, the logistical coordination of learning activities, and the delivery of required training to the employees concerned.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Ensure the setup of the training spaces required for the various projects related to the deployment of SAP S/4HANA within the training centers.
• Coordinate the logistics of the training materials required for the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA program, including the availability, preparation, and tracking of required resources.
• Act as a Master Trainer to deliver SAP S/4HANA training to unionized employees and support a consistent understanding of the training content.
• Participate in the analysis of new technologies to prepare training centers for the deployment of learning solutions tailored to project needs.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants, trainers, and managers to adjust training activities and ensure an effective learning experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of SAP S/4HANA training activities to ensure alignment of practices, quality of delivery, and achievement of learning objectives.
• Audit and support trainers and partners involved in the project to ensure training compliance, consistent application of content, and continuous improvement of training programs.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, combined with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or
• You possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in technical training, logistics coordination, or in a role supporting the deployment of operational projects.
• You have organizational skills: an excellent ability to coordinate multiple training activities simultaneously, manage logistics, prioritize actions, and meet deadlines.
• You have adaptability: the ability to adjust to changing project requirements, operational realities, and business priorities.
• You have communication and facilitation skills: proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to deliver training, simplify complex content, and interact effectively with participants, trainers, and partners.
• You have a strong knowledge of technology and tools: good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, project management tools, and learning management systems; knowledge of SAP or SAP S/4HANA is considered an asset.
• You have attention to detail, autonomy, and a strong service-oriented mindset to effectively support teams in the deployment of training activities.
