What are your contributions to the team?

Établir et contrôler l'atteinte des objectifs de production en planifiant, organisant, motivant et coordonnant les activités d'un groupe affecté à l'assemblage de l'usine de Dorval;

Faire la gestion des budgets de son groupe, s'assurer de la qualité du produit ainsi que de la productivité de ses employés (15 à 25 employés);

Identifier, documenter et standardiser les processus clés menant à l'atteinte des objectifs et partager les bonnes pratiques dans l’organisation;

Assurer l'amélioration continue notamment par l'utilisation du processus de résolution de problèmes;

Exercer votre leadership dans le respect de la vision et des valeurs de Bombardier Aéronautique;

Coacher votre équipe afin de développer le talent au sein de l’organisation;

How to thrive in this role?

Vous détenez de très fortes habiletés de gestion et posséder idéalement une vaste expérience en aéronautique;

Vous avez une formation de niveau collégial ou une expérience équivalente;

Vous avez les valeurs et une vision qui cadrent avec la philosophie de l'entreprise;

Vous avez une connaissance du français et de l'anglais;

Vous avez également la capacité de travailler dans des délais serrés.   

Vous avez au moins cinq (5) années d’expérience
