What are your contributions to the team?

• Ensure adherence to production schedules and, when necessary, coordinate catch-up plans with all stakeholders

• Ensure that the required parts are available on time at the assembly line (customer)

• Manage machine workloads and track work-in-progress; take action to eliminate potential delays impacting the customer

• Interact with multiple cross-functional teams (Logistics–Procurement, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.)

• Participate in improvement projects (Achieving Excellence, 5S, Cost and Inventory Reduction, Value-Added Production, etc.)

How to thrive in this role?

• College-level or Bachelor's degree student in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations and Logistics, or Operations Management.

• Strong interest in planning, work coordination, continuous improvement, and value-added production.

• Proficient in both written and spoken French and English.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience with the SAP ERP system.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
