What are your contributions to the team?Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:

• prepare invoices
• compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies
• generate reports that outline deviations from a contractual ‘boilerplate’ text
• update various governance databases and logs
• participate in various governance meetings
• support internal and external audits
• perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or equivalent
• You are available to work from September to December 2025 with a possibility to extend
• You can commit to working at least 20 hours per week from September to December 2025
• You are bilingual (with strong English speaking and writing skills)
• You can deal with ambiguity when working with team members
• You are goal and detail oriented
• You possess good research & analytical skills
• You are creative and have good presentation skills
• You are adaptable and dependable
• You have strong computer knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Workshare is a plus
• All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purposes.
