What are your contributions to the team?
• Conduct internal technical investigations at the assembly site
• Provide daily visibility on non-quality issues to the Quality management team
• Technical investigation to ensure concrete accountability
• Provide fully detailed documentation/report on issues
• Establish a containment plan in the assembly (short term)
How to thrive in this role?
• You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent
• 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing;
• Project management skills;
• Knowledge of quality management system
• Change management skills;
• Experience in problem resolution techniques;
• Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French);
• Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
Also considered as assets:
• Experience with SAP
• Systems, process or product auditing;
• Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external;
• Work experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills
