What are your contributions to the team? We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative technology professional to design, develop, and deploy advanced software, AI, and data-driven solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into scalable, impactful products while leveraging modern cloud technologies and Agile practices. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for driving innovation and operational excellence.

As our ideal candidate,

• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving ability, and decision making initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders
• 3-5 years of experience in Software Development, with additional experience in AI/ML Engineering or Operations Research.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, PySpark, REST APIs, and full stack integration.
• Hands-on experience implementing ML models, including time series forecasting, predictive analytics, image recognition, and NLP.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms—preferably Microsoft Azure (Databricks, AML, AI Foundry, App Services, AKS, Blob Storage, etc.).
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and application lifecycle management tools.
• Knowledge of scripting in Linux or PowerShell.
• Bonus: Experience with optimization techniques (e.g., linear programming, mixed integer programming) using tools such as OR Tools, CPLEX, etc.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken), French and/or other languages would be an asset.
