Apple Canada is looking for a results oriented, strategic and creative individual to drive Apple’s premier sales enablement & advocacy program across Canada. Apple’s retail channel partners are critical to our business, and their front-line sellers are a crucial element of the experience customers have when shopping for Apple products. This role’s goal is to deliver the most aspirational and effective learning & development program for those sellers in the market. You will lead cross-functional teams in planning, implementing and enhancing program outputs that educate, inspire and build authentic advocacy within our retail partner staff. These sellers are a cornerstone of Apple’s strategy to deliver consistent, professional, Apple-quality experiences in our Channel environment.
Description
Working closely with Sales, Sales Enablement & Training, Finance and Global teams, you will drive the success of program goals and activities including training, events, communication and recognition initiatives. Through dedication to upholding the best possible customer experience, this role will become a centre of excellence for building partner-seller advocacy in the Canada sales organization.
The successful candidate is an experienced program manager who will lead and develop Apple’s sales enablement and channel staff advocacy programs, implement strategic vision, and influence business partners to improve program effectiveness. You have a passion for innovation and for surpassing expectations, and you are able to build a strong trusted network within the Sales and Operations organizations.
