Air Canada seeks a highly motivated, detail orientated product owner to join the Air Canada IT team. As a Product Owner within the Corporate Products team, you will promote agile ways of working and continuous improvement across product and business teams. You will build strong relationships with business partners, serving as a trusted resource for all technology-related inquiries and solutions. Your role will include delivering timely insights and business case analyses to leadership, ensuring impact to business and product issues are effectively communicated.
The Product Owner acts as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear product requirements, and a commitment to continuous improvement in how teams deliver value. The successful individual must be customer centric and have a passion for the travel industry and must be comfortable working in a high-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment with a focus on a continuous product delivery model.
