Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
Must have skills : Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines
Good to have skills : A&D Defense, Aircraft Maintenance
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Job Requirements
Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions, solve problems, and achieve business objectives. You will work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide expertise in structural and stress design.
- Manage technical configurations effectively.
- Contribute to the overall technical management of projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles.
- Experience in technical problem-solving.
- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of A&D Defense and technical writing.
- Strong understanding of structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management.
- Experience in solving engineering problems using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge, and practical experience.
- Need to work independently in client site.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowing language French is added advantage.

Technical Experience
- Experience in Creation/revision of Data modules for AMP, ASRP and FIP for Aircrafts.
- Knowledge about GSM is added advantage.
- Experience in creation of illustration mock-ups using applicable software and Engineering drawing.
- Experience in doing proofreading.
- Knowledge in Technical publication standards like ATA100, S1000D, Ispec2200.
- Knowledge in XML Authoring tools like Oxygen, Arbor text editor or Others XML editor.
- Knowledge on Simplified Technical English (STE).

Professional Experience
- Need to work independently in client site.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowing language French is added advantage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance manual authoring guidelines.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Engineering & Networks, with a proven track record of delivering impactful engineering solutions.
- This position is based at our Pune office (Work location will be Pune at Client premises - Mandatory).
- A 15 years full-time education is required.

Educational Qualification
BE/ BTech Aeronautical, Mechanical or equivalent
Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)

15 years full time education
