About This Opportunity
In this role, you will learn the inner workings of a small studio and provide support to designers. The vast majority of work will involve the printing and kitting of small projects. You will also manage other projects including suppliers/estimates and in-market deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of traditional graphic skills
- Keen eye for detail/proofreading ability
- You must be organized, be able to problem solve and can multitask
- You have the ability to manage several projects simultaneous
- You have an aptitude to function both independently and as part of a team
- Build and maintain relationships with the marketing teams across the country
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
and Excel - Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
- Create and manage Purchase Orders for all outsourced vendors
- Build and manage supplier contacts
- Daily management of Monday.com – online project management
- Responsibility of monitoring job costs vs. profitability throughout the year
- Maintain a database of commonly used paper and substates for the printing devices internally
- Knowledge of contest and fulfilment programs – work with outside vendor to manage
