Work location: 1221, 32nd avenue, Lachine, Quebec. (Onsite only)
Ideal profile of the candidate we are looking for
- Intermediate skills Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent typing skills (over 25 words per minute)
- Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format
- Bilingual intermediate level in French and English
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks: information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Performs data entry/analysis.
- Sorting mail and distributing it
- Answer phone calls from partners and other offices.
